Gembira, excitednye aku bila mendapat tahu FARA ex-officemate aku pon kini berbadan dua.. heheh.. adalah geng.. dulu pon kami sama2 peknen di waktu yg sama.. masa tu time Nurin aku awal tp tuk Aqil Fara plak yg awal..

tahniah kepada kawanku, take care.. Ellyn plak dah selamat melahirkan baby girl.. dialah yg paling advance sekarang.. dah ada 4 org.. untuk Mus, rezeki tu akan datang bila2.. jangan sedih.. insya allah nanti berjangkitlah tu.. heheh

aku blom lagik jumpa doctor.. kalo ikut kiraan kalendar dah masuk 2 bulan.. alamak cam x caye dah angka 2.. rasa cam kejap jelah..

Dilema

27 May 2009 - Hari ni aku benar2 rasa x sedap hati.. Nature call x datang2 lagik.. kalo ikutkan 18/5 dan biasanya on time.. Bila aku check2 balik, last month terkena masa subur plak.. tu yg lagik x sedap hati.. kalo ikut last experience mmg akan lekat.. aku dah jarang mkn pil sbbnye kunun bleh kira sendiri.. kekdang naluri aku berkata YA mungkin lekat tp aku cuba tuk menafikan mebi sbb hormon x stabil.. sbbnye aku mmg blom ready.. Aqil plak baru nak masuk 1 tahun, blom puas aku bermain dengan dia.. kalo betullah YA akan jadilah seperti Harith n Nurin gap x sampai 2 tahun.. aku pon sebenarnya x mahu meneruskan teka teki nie.. berdebar , stress, takut , suka suma perasaan ada..

kat opis yg report bawah bos yg sama ada 6 org perempuan dan 4 darinye skarang sedang pregnant.. kekdang ada gak teringin nak peknen gak but too early... member2 aku suma suruh buat pregnancy test (PT).. which aku pun mmg nak tau result.. as my instinct kuat menyatakan YA..

balik dari kerja aku terus ke Watson mencari PT dan ingat nak test pagi esok.. tp aku cam nak tau result and dalam hati aku berharap akan keluar 1 line which will be -ve.. but it is not like i want.. it showed 2 line..

pas tu aku trus bukak "http://www.fortunebaby.com/chinesegenderpredictionchart.html" tuk gender and due date "http://www.fortunebaby.com/due-date-calculator.html" which every pregnancy aku akan refer kat sini and so far it's true.. nampak gaya Nurin akan dapat teman tuk bermain masak2.. insya allah akan lahir pada 23 Jan 2010, kemungkinan akan awal 2 minggu jugak.. hari ini aku 5 weeks and 4 days..

malam tu aku payah nak lelapkan mata.. byk benda dipikirkan.. aku menangis gak akhirnya, sbb i'm really not ready.. my husband tried to make me calm.. dia ckp jgn nangis, nanti bb sedih.. nanti kita pegi check.. dah start kena makan ubat nie.. thanks to my husband for supporting me as I knew he also not ready for this.. at last aku muhasabah diri dan menerima kehadirannya dengan hati yg terbuka... it same goes to Harith and Nurin last time which i'm not really prepared.. aku bersyukur dan gembira dengan kehadiran anak2 yg dikurniakan kerna merekalah penyeri , pengubat segalanye.. rezeki Allah jangan ditolak.. semoga semuanya OK...

19^th Jan 2009 – Monday

Nurse has made Nurin's appointment on DTTA (Adrenal Function) on 29^th Jan 2009 at 10.00am.. 23^rd Jan 2009, I've called ING to request a copy of GL for Nurin. Unfortunately, she said ING will not cover the test as they has received report from SJMC stated that Nurin has duplex kidney.. so, it consider conginitive which not be covered.. I really feel upset..:(

I've called SJMC to inquire cost for the test.. She said that it around RM550 exclude consultation from doctor.. I just said I'll confirmed whether I want to proceed with the test.. I informed my husband and he said that it is possible cost will be higher with additional cost incurred.. so, we decide to postpone the test…

Nurin 2nd Follow Up

17/1/09 – Arrived at 10.40am.. register then it's our turn.. so fast today.. doc said how is the progress.. we just said it same.. as we tried not wear diapers, but it still leaking.. doc advise we seek Urology doc.. he ask whether we want to see SJMC doc or other hospital.. we said we tried to get advise from SJMC doc first.. so he tried told Dato Dr Khairullah on Nurin case.. dia tanya nak jumpa bila? We said next week as I need to get GL from ING first..

I told doc. Nurin private part is still same.. more reddish.. I think that it's because of MCU.. maybe the liquid that they use.. as it start reddish after MCU treatment.. doc check and this is fungal.. so he gave another cream.. he check on Nurin's tummy.. dia ckp dah kurang najis.. he ask how is the najis.. I said that dah start keras.. so he suggest to continue give Duphalac..

Staff asked when are we going to make appointment with Dato.. he said today he is available.. I asked whether SJMC can request direct GL from ING.. She said I need to follow up at Registration Counter.. We manage to get GL today.. so we just proceed to meet Dato as we want to know what is his plan..

11.50am.. we go 3^rd floor.. the nurse said doc went to ward.. wait for almost 30minutes..

12.20pm.. doc explain Nurin's situation.. now we are able to picture as he explain very clearly.. he said that Nurin got duplex kidney and the upper ureter is not direct attached bladder.. that is why leaking as the ureter is outside from bladder.. that why Nurin not feel leaking and she unable to control the urine.. Doc suggest to do Isotop test to test whether upper kidney is well function and to see the ureter function.. the procedure mostly like IVU.. need drip and do X-Ray.. no need to admit as there were only 1 test..

If the upper kidney is well function, it will not be remove but we need to tie up ureter from upper kidney.. or else upper kidney must be remove.. all this will cost around 6K – 8K.. will see the result then only discuss next action plan.. but seems Nurin's still need to do operation.. hope that we got a good result no operation required…

 

Nurin 1st Follow Up

10/1/09 – Appointment pukul 11.40am, as usual my turn is at 12.30pm.. we bring Nurin's X-ray.. then we read the report.. but we can't really understand on the report..

Masa jumpa doc. Dia xplain yg during MRI they found out that Nurin has Horse Kidney.. what does it meant.. the both kidney are joint.. dia ckp actually kita nak tgk on duplex kidney, but seems we found something else.. my husband asked how is the percentage of child with this kidney.. he said that maybe 1 out or hundred thousand.. this very rare case like this.. he oso had no idea on this case.. he suggest that we seek opinion from Urology doctor… as there are expect on this area.. they might be other test like aerodynamic(not so sure the term) to check on the vein that goes to bladder.. operation is required as the upper kidney is partly damage.. my husband ask the cost of the operation.. it will cost around 10K.. this will not covered by ING or other insurance as it consider as kongenatif(born with it – semula jadi).. doc. Suggest to continue take antibiotic to resolve on infection.. to come back next week to know how the result after take the antibiotic.. hope that ureter will mengecut.. that is the target..

For duphalac I said that Nurin's cirit.. doc suggest to reduce to 5ml instead of 10ml.. I ask doc, is it must be cirit after take that medicine.. he said no, as the medicine is only help to lembutkan najis..

We set appointment at 10.50am.. doc bagi ubat Augmentin 2 bottles with krim Zink to apply at Nurin's private part.. merah giler.. sampai aku tgk pon takut.. start merah hari Jumaat..

 

Nurin Medical Check up at SJMC – Day 3

8/1/2009 – Pukul 6am, Nurin kejut nak pegi toilet..

7.00am – Hari ni Nurin kena early breakfast.. Bubur + roti.. habis bubur tu..

8.00am – Nurin kena makan ubat antibiotic(Augmentin) and duphalac.. then, tunggu nurse panggil je tuk buat MRI..

9.00am – xde apa2 pon, so aku pegi kat kaunter jumpa nurse.. sbb smlm doc dah ckp nak buat awal..

Aku : 'Bila Nurin nak buat MRI?'

Nurse : 'Tadi MRI kol, dalam pukul 2pm, sbb pagi ni ramai'

Aku : 'What, smlam doc ckp nak buat awal' – aku mula nak naik angin.. cam x proper plak aku tgk dorang ni.. lagi pon kalo kul 2 x tau kul bape bleh siap.. sbb pas MRI nak buat MCU plak.

Telephone bunyi.. aku dgr la nurse tu ada sebut 8am last makan, td someone from your office mention pukul 2…etc..

Nurse : 'Ok, nurin bleh pegi sekarang..'

So, we all pon pegi ke South Wing lagik sekali..

11.00am – aku tanya ni yg masuk trhu vein ker.. nurse ckp doc Zul x rekomen, sbb dia still kecik lagi.. so, try bagi ubat makan dulu.. Nurin kena amik ubat tido (oral).. with hi dose.. katanya ni adult nye dose and immediate result.. but seems she really strong, take 1 hour to slept.. tp dalam 10-15min after take the medicine, aku nampak dia dah macam pening2.. cakap pon ala2 hi.. then nak pegi toilet plak.. 2 kali plak tuh.. tu sbb ubat duphaloc kot.. dia x mo baring, so duduk lah kat ayah dia.. sambil bercerita tah apa2 tah.. cita2 nak jadi arnab la.. aku rasa mmg betulah kalo nak buat org sihat jadi x betul kena bagi ubat tido yg kuat – tuk dalam drama..

11.50am – nurse cakap kalo x tido dia kena bagi Nurin injection plak.. ni kira mmg immediate akan tido.. aku ckp give time dulu.. then dalam 1 jam confirm dia tido, ayah angkat masuk MRI..

12.00pm – masa nak letak kat MRi, dia dah start gerak.. kira dia x bleh tido straight.. maknanye dia x betul2 nyenyak.. so, nurse tu bagi injection kat dalam tu.. menjerit la dia.. tunggu dalam 10 minit x tido gak.. staff suh kuar, bagi tido.. dorang suma dah pening gak.. dia ckp very strong nurin ni.. dia cam lawan ubat tido tuh.. siap nurse tu cakap kalo org dewasa 10 min dah trus tido.. nurse tanya doc Zul.. dalam masa yg sama ayah dia bgtau Nurin kat dalam siap ckp ' Nak makan, lapar'.. teringat aku masa kat labour room… time tu plak mintak makan…

1.00pm – nurse inform doc zul, that both x jalan.. doc, suh buat GA.. if this oso not work, have to continue tmwr.. aku time tu dah lemah gak.. xkan nak buat esok plak.. dah la ari2 dok kena ubat tido.. hopefully, kali ni work.. nurse ckp kena tgk kalo availability of doc GA and equipment.. coz not all machine can enter MRI room as the magnetic is very high..

2.00pm – ibu sampai.. Nurin baring ngan Nanny dia.. masa Nanny dia panggil dia still respon.. and cam biasa dia ckp nak tido kat bilik atas.. mmg konpem dia x nyenyak as dia bleh menyapuk masa kitaorg tgh cakap..

1.30pm - doc Norlaili, GA datang.. mula dia pon takut gak nak bagi GA, sbb takut terover dose bleh stop breathing.. aku n husband time tu mmg dah cuak.. my husband ckp kat aku kalo sampai camtu, x payah lah buat suma nie.. yelah, x pasal2 jadi benda lain plak.. doc ckp dia kena betul2 monitor Nurin..

2.15pm – doc masuk kan ubat thru vein, masa tu aku nampak equipment tuk GA.. pas pada tu staff dukung Nurin bagi tido kat dalam bilik MRI..

3.00pm – dah kuar dari bilik MRi, masuk plak bilik lain buat MCU.. ni procedure masukkan tiub nak tgk camne pass bladder.. masa nak kena buang air kecil Nurin kena sedar sket..

3.30pm – aku dgr Nurin menjerit dari dlm bilik.. 5 min kemudian doc panggil masuk.. doc ckp there's no problem..

3.50pm – Nurin di tolak ke bilik.. dah habis suma test.. just nak tunggu result.. masa nak tunggu turn aku tanya staff yg dukung Nurin lama ke dia tido.. dia kata kejap jerk.. aku tanya kena guna masuk gas ke? ' xlah.. tu standby jerk.. takut ubat td x jalan'

4.15pm – tanya nurse bleh discaj ari ni x? dia cakap kena tunggu Nurin betul2 awake, sbb dah byk sgt ubat tido.. kena monitor takut apa2 jadi kat dia..

5.00pm – nurse datang inform kena discaj esok, sbb doc Zul xde kat this area tuk cek Nurin.. ah, sudah kena amik cuti lagih.. kalo bleh aku xmo tido lagik.. yelah dah xde apa2 test pon lagik..

5.30pm – aku kejut Nurin, tanya dia nak balik tido rumah x.. aku bagi minum susu.. then kejap je dia dah aktif.. aku suruh husband ckp trus ngan doc. Kita jumpa dia ari sabtu..

6.15pm – nurse kol doc.. mula tu doc x bagi gak.. but at last, we manage to discaj as Nurin oso already fully awake.. nurse prepare documents

6.45pm – Gi kaunter kat bawah tuk disaj.. aku yg turun.. xde org pon..

Aku tgk kat skrin tu dlam 7K++.. berdebar dah masa ni..

Aku : 'yg ni ke total suma.. '

Staff : 'ni blom finalized lagik'.. then dia key in data.. Total dalam 8,960.xx.. yg mahal MRI, endoscopy 2K++ each..

Aku : 'Hmm.. byknye.. bape ING cover yerk'

Staff : 'Kat GL 5K' aku dalam hati habislah kena tolak gaji nie.. tak expect sampai that figure.. 'tapi u keja *eS***A Should be no prob.. selalu ING settle suma, let me check for you'

Time ni jantung aku cam nak jatuh.. duk hitung bapa byk kena bayar..

Staff : 'Ok, mem.. all bill settle.., the GL will cover 60 days, last 6/3/2009 with same doc'

Alhamdullilah.. x terkata aku.. so naik bilik suh husband teka bape bill… dia ckp dalam 5K.. aku tunjuk bill.. terkejut gak dia..

7.30pm – balik ke puncak jalil.. esoknye aku suh Nurin rehat kat rumah.. yelah, 3 ari berturut3 amik ubat tido.. gile ke apa.. takut gak side effect..

Tp mmg betul kesan ubat tu Nurin tido dari kul 3pm – 9pm.. x sabar what will doc. said on this Saturday..

Nurin Medical Check up at SJMC – Day 2

7/1/2009 – Pukul 6.30am dah bangun.. katanya pukul 8.00am dah nak kena gi OT.. last sekali minum susu pukul 9pm.. ikut nurse kul 3am, last food kira lamalah Nurin posa..

6.00am – nurse bubuh krim kat tgn Nurin, backup tuk masukkan anestatic tuh.. lupa le termnye.. katanye ni nak bagi kebas2..

7.00am – Nurin kena mkn ubat tido n tahan muntah.. tp kesudah x tido.. asyik le berjalan2.. aku yg takut kot2 dia jatuh.. tp nampak aktif je lagik..




9.30am – husband datang bawak bekal nasi goreng.. harith xnak pegi sekolah KAFA..

10.30am – tolak masuk OT.. masa ni dia pasif sangat.. langsung x bercakap.. ayah dia teman kat OT.. mungkin marah kat kami..

Aku : ‘yg anestatic nib ape lama effect dia’
Staff : ‘half an hour mesti tido’
Aku : ‘Sbb pagik td dah mkn ubat tido, tp still segar jerk..’

Ayah n Nurin.. Pasif jerk

Dah Sedar.. tolak masuk bilik cek BP

11.30am – Nurin dah sedar.. procedure dah habis.. aku plak masuk bilik OT, teman dia.. masa ni dia mmg memberontak.. aku pujuk pon x jalan.. siap nurse nak cek pernafasan , letak bende kat jari pon dia bukak..

Aku : ‘td berapa lama dia baru tido’
Nurse : dalam setengah jam, dah tido’
Aku : ‘ Bila dia bleh start makan’
Nurse : ‘ Tunggu 3 jam, bagi air masak sikit dulu, kalo x muntah then baru makan’
Aku : ‘Uish, lama nye lagik.. kesian dia lapar’
Adalah dalam 15minit aku kat dalam, tunggu nurse yg jaga wad datang. Dia bleh tanya nak dukung nak nek tolak jerk.. aik, mestilah nak tolak katil tu masuk bilik.. aku tgk nurse ni cam ala2 blur la plak.. cam byk yg x sure.. cam baru keja jerk.. aku dgr nurse yg jaga OT tu bgtau kat nurse wad 1 jam dah bleh minum..

Masa kat bilik, Nurin dok nangis jerk.. x tau le kalo masa tu ubat bius dah habis, dia rasa sakit.. Doc Zul dtg melawat and informed the result..

Husband : ‘Macam mana doc’
Doc : ‘ I just see 1 uretra, kena buat MRI tuk confirm that’
Husband : ‘Hari ni ke buat MRI’
Doc : ‘I think we have to do MRI tmwr morning, as she just took GA (General Anestatic). I’m afraid that MRI can’t give more ubat tido.. takut nanti overdose.
Aku : ‘Yg sembelit tu macam mana?’
Doc : ‘Mmg banyak najis. I’ll give Nurin antibiotic and ubat tuk buang najis’
Aku : ‘Bila dia bleh start makan’ – soklan yg sama kena tanya kat suma org sbb dorang akan give different answer.. tu yg x bape syok.. xde default answer..
Doc : ‘Sekarang dah boleh, tp make sure bagi air kosong dulu..’
Aku :’So, kira ari ni dah abih test la kan..’
Doc : ‘Yup.. I’ll booked MRI tmwr morning.. then buat MCU trus kat sana’

Once doc kuar je, kul 12pm, aku tanya Nurin nak air tak.. dia nak air ribena.. so, mula aku bg half bottle, tgk dia ok aku tambah lagik 1 botol penuh.. kalo ikut nurse OT tu td kul 3pm baru bleh bagi.. so, dah abih minum air aku suap dia makan nasi… byk dia makan.. aku belasah bubur nurin pagi tadi.. siap yg hantar makanan tu dah amik, aku mintak balik.. bleh gitu..

Aku ckp why not kita try Nurin MRI masa sedar, as we all confident that she can do it.. so my husband suh nurse cek ngan nurse MRI.. Unfortunately, MRI time tu dah penuh.. nak tak nak kena buat esok gak..

Breakfast and lunch sekali

Cek BP and start makan Augmentin n Duphalac

3.00pm – aku kol boss bgtau esok cuti.. dah la esok aku kena pegi Shah Alam, ada site visit.. aku pon guilty gak nak apply cuti..

Aku : ‘Bos, nak bgtau I nak apply cuti.. anak kena admit lagik, esok buat MRI.. rasa bersalah plak, yelah dah la baru masuk cuti byk plak, habislah i’ – before this aku dah inform boss yg nak bawak Nurin gi check up
Boss : ‘hmm.. mmg dah habis pon.. tp sbb anak ok’

4.00pm, turun bawah nak cari makanan.. tp cam x menarik.. so my husband gi kuar cari Domino..

Pukul 5pm, my husband balik rumah dulu, amik laptop n baju tuk esok.. then, kul 6.30pm gi sekolah Harith, just nak tgk camne dia balik.. datang balik hospital dlm pukul 8pm.. lepak2 ngan Nurin kat bilik.. Pukul 7pm, Nurin start cirit-birit sbb makan ubat Duphalac.. Pukul 9.30pm, husband balik, tido ngan Aqil n Anaqi.. miss both of them.. we slept at 10pm..
